It has been a great addition with the hacks which I am sticking to, I feel much more better and also noticed my sugar cravings have gone plus when I eat my main meal I will always eat veg first and I now am aware to have protein with any sweet treats as well. I have been taking the formula for 3 months now. The most impressive is that my psoriasis which I have been suffering with since my early childhood and that no treatment would clear is almost gone!
